The Functional Movement Assessment helps you move better, feel stronger, and train smarter. This 2.5-hour session evaluates movement patterns to identify inefficiencies limiting performance or increasing injury risk. You'll complete a customized Movement Prep Series targeting strength, endurance, and neuromuscular integration. The session concludes with a focused review of your goals, progress, and next steps, leaving you with a clear, personalized plan.

Clients with stiffness, pain, or unexplained fatigue during exercise. Those wanting to build a strong, functional base before higher-level training readiness and recovery.
