BREATHE EASY PROGRAM

The Breathe Easy Training Program helps you breathe and move better. It includes exercises that expand your ribcage and decrease body stiffness. By improving lung capacity, you can use oxygen more effectively, which reduces fatigue and boosts mental and physical health. The program aims to enhance your movement, breathing, and overall quality of life, giving you a strong base to reach your goals.

Program Overview

Program Length: 5-weeks

Training level: All Fitness Levels 

Frequency: 3 workouts a week

Duration: 20-30mins

Equipment Needed: Body weight, no equipment needed.
