Dr. Taylor Lewis, Ph.D., ACSM-CEP, CSCS, CMT, PRT, is a human performance coach with over 18 years of experience in strength and conditioning. He integrates academic knowledge with real-world application to support athletes and individuals in building sustainable strength, resilience, and movement efficiency.
A former collegiate baseball player at Sonoma State University, Taylor’s lifelong interest in biomechanics has shaped a career that spans from junior high athletes to professionals in major sports leagues. In addition to his work in sport performance, Taylor collaborates with Stanford Hospital’s Cystic Fibrosis Department on movement-based research and designs community-focused programs that support health and performance across the lifespan.
He holds certifications as an ACSM Clinical Exercise Physiologist, NSCA CSCS, McGill Method Practitioner, Postural Restoration Practitioner, and Certified Massage Therapist. Taylor is known for his evidence-based, personalized approach that meets clients where they are, and moves them toward their goals and improve overall quality of life.

Nicole Lewis is a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist and Board Certified Behavior Analyst with over a decade of experience working with children and adolescents with diverse needs and abilities. Currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology, Nicole’s research areas focus on the mind-body connection and the impact of movement and nutrition on emotional regulation and mental wellness. Her approach blends clinical expertise with compassion, offering practical, evidence-based tools that foster resilience and growth.
As a Behavior Specialist, Nicole works with individuals and families to create educational opportunities and support behavior change strategies that promote improved regulation, mental health, and participation in daily life. She specializes in health, wellness, stress management, and long-term habit formatio, making exercise and self-care accessible for all abilities.
