The Pulmonary Performance Institute (PPI) aims to help people improve their health and performance. Through research and collaboration with health professionals, we offer a well-rounded approach to enhance exercise training. We educate clients on reducing injury risk, recovering from pain, building strength and endurance, and creating long-term training plans for strength, power, and cardiovascular fitness.
