Finding the right training program can be challenging, especially when life’s personal and professional demands compete for your time. At PPI, we understand that no two individuals are the same. That’s why our online training programs are designed specifically around you - your goals, your schedule, and your unique needs.
Unlike generic programs, we begin with a one-on-one coaching session to learn about your goals, preferences, and medical history. This foundation allows us to create a fully personalized plan that evolves with you. Regular check-ins ensure your program stays aligned with your progress, and each session includes clear video demonstrations and written instructions so you can confidently review and refine your form.
Our mission is to equip you with the tools and support to build a sustainable, effective fitness routine. Personalized coaching sessions with an experienced exercise physiologist provide ongoing guidance and help you feel confident every step of the way.
These sessions typically last 30 to 60 minutes.
Duration: 5- week workout plans
Frequency: 2-7 workouts a week
Time: 20-90 minute workouts (all depends on you)
Intensity: Beginner to Advanced Level (The program will give you a variety of exercise options)
Equipment: Body Weight or Free Weights (Your choice)
Location: Home or Gym
