Precision Performance Training

We’re heading into another year of performance training, building on the success of last season. Our strength and conditioning curriculum focuses on strength, power, and neuromuscular coordination while developing multi-directional athletic ability. Through high-precision training, athletes master movement patterns, sharpen coordination, and develop the explosive strength and power needed for peak performance. This program produces resilient, high-performance baseball athletes prepared to excel and sustain success all season long.

Program Details

  •  2 Days Per Week at Novato High School

  • Pre & Post Performance Testing

  • 2 Complimentary Custom Training Workouts Via The PPI Exercise App

  • $300 Per Month

Performance Group 1 :Monday and Wednesday 2:00 - 3:30pm

Performance Group 2: Monday and Wednesday 4:00 - 5:30pm

Phase 1: Neuromuscular and Biomechanical Awareness

• Enhancing stability and mobility through a careful breakdown of individual mechanics.
• Fine-tuning the fundamental movement patterns (deadlifts, squats, pushing, and pulling).
• Refine hip mechanics for optimal loading/unloading to build a resilient foundation.
• Education: recovery strategies & beneficial daily habits( nutrition, sleep, and hydration).

Phase 2: Increase Strength and Power

• Prioritize sport-specific strength and power development.
• Targeted power development to improve multi-directional performance.
• Integrate conditioning strategically to ensure peak performance at key stages.

Phase 3: Tune and Optimize Strength and Power Development

• Fine-tuning speed, power, and maximal strength.
• Optimizing maximal capacity and recovery for the season.
• Educating athletes on maximizing in-season performance.
